It integrates third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and DeepSeek to ground and refine outputs. The Tool is designed for development assistance and automation purposes.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Tool lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
• Not engage in:
  • Illegal activities or violations of third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Tool’s infrastructure.
  • Uploading harmful content (e.g., malware, viruses).
  • Excessive use that strains system resources.
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., OpenAI’s policies).

4. Intellectual Property

• Odoo Codebase: Licensed under LGPL v3. You retain compliance with Odoo’s licensing terms.
• Third-Party Models: Outputs may be subject to intellectual property rights of OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or DeepSeek.
• Tool Ownership: All rights to Odoo Dev Assistant (excluding third-party components) are reserved by its developers.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of inputs but grant us a non-exclusive license to process them for service delivery.

The Tool relies on external LLM providers. Your use is subject to:

• Anthropic Terms
• DeepSeek Terms

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their policies.

6. Disclaimers

• The Tool is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify outputs before reliance.
• We disclaim liability for third-party model performance or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Tool or violation of these Terms.
